Terms of Service

You accept these terms when you create an account, click a booking or membership confirmation, or otherwise use BluWater. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.

Provide accurate, current account, vehicle, contact, and booking information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential.

We may update, suspend, or limit features when needed to operate, maintain, or protect the service.

A booking request is subject to availability and any confirmation shown in BluWater. Service details, prices, deposits, taxes, and cancellation terms shown during booking apply to that booking.

Stripe processes payments for BluWater. Keep a valid payment method on file when one is required for your booking, and review the final booking details before confirming. Stripe may require additional authentication or payment information under its own terms and privacy notice.

Cancellation options and any applicable timing or fee terms are shown with your booking or membership. Use the cancellation link or My Jobs when available, and contact support if a link does not work.

Membership availability, included services, price, and charge cadence are presented before enrollment. By confirming a recurring membership, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method on file at the displayed cadence, such as monthly or annually, until the membership is cancelled or otherwise ends.

When cancellation is offered at the end of a billing period, cancellation stops future renewal charges and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Access and included benefits may continue until that date. Review the membership screen for the terms shown for your plan.

You may provide photos, access notes, messages, ratings, and other content to help deliver or review a service. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. You retain ownership of content you submit.

You grant C MASTERS INC a limited, nonexclusive permission to host, copy, display, and use submitted content as reasonably needed to operate and support BluWater, perform requested services, address payment disputes or support requests, investigate security concerns, and comply with legal obligations.

You agree that we may send transactional communications about accounts, bookings, payments, memberships, security, and support. Promotional email, when sent, includes an opt-out method. Opting out of promotional email does not stop necessary transactional messages.

Do not interfere with BluWater, attempt to access another person's account or booking, misuse payment features, introduce malicious code, scrape or probe the platform without authorization, or use the platform to send spam, threats, or unlawful content.

If you have a question about a booking, cancellation, charge, or these terms, contact us promptly so we can review the issue. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
